Misha the 10-year-old German Shepherd presented to us recently with a rapidly growing lump.
Laboratory testing revealed the lump was mostly merging Lipomas, also known as ‘fat lumps’.
Besides sporting a large lump on the side of her neck, Misha was still in good spirits, and it was decided that Misha would undergo surgery in an attempt to remove the large mass.
After a fiddly 3-hour surgery, Dr Tracy successfully removed the mass, which weighed in at an amazing 3.14kg!
We’re pleased to hear that Misha is recovering well – her family are thrilled to see her out and about for walks, unhindered and full of energy!
Good luck Misha!
